Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting JUI ENTERPRISE.
1. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- Your registered email address.
- Your cancellation request.
2. Before Dispatch
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation is subject to confirmation by our customer support team.
3. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer laws.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation is approved, eligible payments will be refunded through the original payment method where supported.
Refund processing times depend on the relevant payment provider and financial institution.
